This guarantee, however, does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised repairs, tampering, normal wear & tear, additions and modifications made to the machine in any manner. In case of complaint, please send the machine together with official proof of purchase, i.e. tax invoice or receipt stated with machine serial no., to Kranzle Authorised Service Centre.

Logistic cost is based on destination, package weight and size.
