This guarantee, however, does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised repairs, tampering, normal wear & tear, additions and modifications made to the machine in any manner. In case of complaint, please send the machine together with official proof of purchase, i.e. tax invoice or receipt stated with machine serial no., to Kranzle Authorised Service Centre.
Any returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will be NO refund.
